Returns Policy

All prices are in $USD. 


Recreo San Miguel accepts returns on unused, unworn items, with original tags attached and in their original packaging, within the time frames outlined below. Cash purchases may only be returned for store credit. Gift card sales are final and may not be returned. There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders or on items marked “final sale,” either in-store or online.

Items Purchased at a Recreo San Miguel boutique or at a Recreo-hosted Trunk Show

Tagged, unworn merchandise, accompanied by the original receipt, may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of receiving the product. No refunds on products purchased in-store.

Items Purchased on Recreo San Miguel's website or through our social media accounts

Tagged, unworn merchandise, accompanied by the original receipt, may be exchanged or returned within 15 days of receiving the product for a refund to the original form of payment.  

Items Purchased at Other Locations

Items purchased at department stores, boutiques or online sites or through a stylist/personal shopper may not be returned to Recreo San Miguel. For these returns, please contact the merchant from whom the purchase was made.

Return Instructions

Please contact us at to advise us of your concerns before shipping the product back. Returns must be unworn, with all tags attached, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. 

Once your return has been received and inspected for wear and/or damage (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will issue a refund to the original payment method, with the exception of cash payments, for which a store credit will be issued. If your returns do not adhere to these standards, the garments will be shipped back to you.

We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. 

Sale Items

Sale/discounted items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or credit.


If you would like to exchange your item, please return the item you wish to exchange (following the steps described above), and place a new order in-store or online.
